Timeline¶
Registration for the PRISM-AI Challenge is closed. The Challenge is now in the debugging phase in which submitted algorithms are run on a small number of images to identify any technical issues, before they are evaluated on the full PRISMA dataset.
Upcoming¶
🔹 TBA — Results published¶
Leaderboards for the primary analysis are published on these pages, and participants receive their own results.
🔹 October 2026 — Running and performance evaluation of submitted algorithms¶
All submitted algorithms are executed on the hidden PRISMA set and evaluated using the pre-defined evaluation scripts.
🔹 30 September 2026 — Deadline for final algorithm submission to test phase¶
The final version of each container is submitted for evaluation. No changes are possible after this date.
🔹 31 August 2026 — Advised latest date for initial algorithm submission to debugging phase¶
Participating teams are encouraged to submit a first working version of their algorithm before this date, to identify any technical issues. This will leave enough time to make any changes before the final submission deadline.
🔹 4 August 2026 — Test phase open for submissions¶
After submission of a working algorithm to the debugging phase, participants will be able to submit their algorithm to the full PRISM-AI dataset. Algorithms will be evaluated automatically. Results will be published on the platform after all algorithms have been submitted.
Completed¶
✅ 4 August 2026 — Debugging phase open for submissions¶
Participants can now submit their algorithm to confirm that it runs on the platform, reads the input correctly and writes a valid output file.
✅ 30 June 2026 — Registration closed¶
No new participants are accepted after this date.
✅ December 2025 — Start of the PRISM-AI study; registration opened¶
The PRISM-AI Challenge was announced and opened for registration.
